STEP 1. Meeting Our Clients:
In order for Onora Group to provide you with the correct candidate we will need to do more than receive a job description. We will want to meet with you in person. We will want to understand the skill-set of the candidate that you are looking for, work experience required, and personality type that would best fit your company culture. Our goal is to place our candidates in a situation where it is mutually beneficial for them and our clients. The success of Onora Group is predicated on our ability to find candidates that last and make our clients successful.

STEP 2. Sourcing Our Candidates:
After we have met with our clients and believe we have a thorough understanding of what they are looking for in a candidate, we begin a search to find the correct candidate. Onora Group has Career Consultants that have experience in sourcing the most desired candidates in the marketplace. Our Career Consultants will put candidates through subjective assessments and take professional references from previous employers. On top of all of this, Onora Group will make every effort to meet the candidates prior to ever submitting them to a client. Let Onora Group source the correct candidate for your company!

STEP 3. Provide "World-Class" Customer Service:
After we have placed our consultant at the client site our work is not done. Onora Group believes that both the "client" and "consultant" are our customers. This means that everyone is our customer. Onora Group will follow a systematic approach to servicing our customers. We will follow a process to make sure that our clients are happy with our consultant´s performance. Every six months a formal performance review will be executed with the client´s feedback. On the other side of the equation, Onora Group will remain in constant contact with our consultants, insuring their happiness with the engagement. Ultimately, if we are exceeding our client´s expectations and our consultants are excited about their careers, Onora Group is successful!
